Here’s The Memo Starbucks Sent Baristas To Get Them Talking About Racism

Poor baristas. As if their lives aren’t bad enough having to serve thousands of people a day. Now they’ll be forced to talk to people about racism BEFORE they’ve had their morning coffee.

Starbucks CEO sent out a memo detailing what the “Race Together” campaign will look like. Basically they are being trained by watching a video, handing out stickers, and talking to people about racism because the “country faces ongoing racial tension.”

All this for $9 per hour.
