3. Cristina Fernández de Kirchner
The Argentinian Justicialist Party is an eclectic mix of politicians right, left and center, but the Party has produced none bigger than the sitting President. It appears that Kirchner does lean a bit authoritarian and is fairly corrupt, but that seems to be the norm in many South American governments. At the very least, the Argentinian citizenry gets a wonderful sight every time there is a presidential press conference.
