13. Luciana León
The daughter of a well-known Peruvian politician, León was born to be involved in politics. At the age of 14, she became General Secretary of the youth wing of her Aprista Party. In 2006, she was elected as a Congresswoman representing Lima and becoming the youngest representative in the 2006-2011 term. No matter what, there is nothing more attractive than a woman with drive and passion.
