19. Yulia Tymoshenko
There’s nothing more attractive than a woman in power. Tymoshenko became the leader of the “Orange Revolution” in protest of the 2004 Ukrainian Election, which eventually led to her becoming the first female to be appointed to be Prime Minister of Ukraine in 2005. She has belonged to the Dictatorship Resistance Committee as well as a political bloc named after her. It is yet to be seen if she will again become Prime Minister, but if she does, she is guaranteed to look good doing it.
