I was so excited to find the book Founding Gardeners: The Revolutionary Generation, Nature, and the Shaping of the American Nation by Andrea Wulf. It combines two of my favorite things: gardening and the Founding Fathers.

Let’s get lost in nature together as we discuss my thoughts on the Founding Gardeners book. I will also take you on a tour of my personal patio garden. We won’t let the rain stop us!

As Thomas Jefferson once said, “The pursuits of agriculture [are] the surest road to affluence and best preservative of morals.”

On this Father’s Day, let’s celebrate all of the fathers – past and present, especially our Founding Fathers!
