In an interview with Barbara Walters on ABC, Jennifer Lawrence expressed her dismay over the more vicious aspects of modern culture. Lawrence. The star of Hunger Games called for law against calling people fat on TV, saying that if we are regulating cigarettes, sex and cuss words on TV; Why shouldn’t we regulate things like calling people fat?

Lawrence makes a great argument. If it’s ok to regulate free speech in terms of sex, swear words and cigarette use, why not use it to stop people from calling each other fat? Once you’ve got the camel’s nose under the tent of regulation, pretty much anything is up for grabs. Thanks for demonstrating that Jen!
