The NSA Didn’t Prove They Stopped Terrorists By Spying on Americans (VIDEO)

NEW YORK, NY – Fox News Sr. Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano appeared on Fox & Friends to discuss the recent case of federal judge Richard Leon who overturned key provisions of the NSA’s domestic spy program.

Judge Napolitano reported that the NSA either couldn’t or wouldn’t prove that they have stopped any acts of terrorism by spying on the American people. Napolitano expected the case to go to the Supreme Court, and then the provisions will only really be struck down if a higher court upholds the ruling.
