Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump, supposed representative of the party for family values, has taken his war with former Miss Universe Alicia Machado of Venezuela, to a new level.
On Friday, Trump on Twitter called Machado, “disgusting,” and encouraged people to “check out her sex tape.” It seems like Trump’s attacks on Machado may have been triggered by his opponent, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, when she mentioned Trump’s attack on the former Miss Universe’s weight gain… calling her things such as, “Miss Piggy,” during the first presidential debate this past Monday. Clinton has even had Machado star in an ad which highlighted Trump’s “fat-shaming” incident.
Wow, Crooked Hillary was duped and used by my worst Miss U. Hillary floated her as an “angel” without checking her past, which is terrible!

Using Alicia M in the debate as a paragon of virtue just shows that Crooked Hillary suffers from BAD JUDGEMENT! Hillary was set up by a con.

Did Crooked Hillary help disgusting (check out sex tape and past) Alicia M become a U.S. citizen so she could use her in the debate?

According to a report on this story by The Hill, Trump prior to his comments Friday has responded to the ad and incident.
Trump lashed out at Machado after the ad went viral, telling “Fox and Friends” on Tuesday that she was “the worst [Miss Universe] we ever had. She was impossible.” He doubled down on Wednesday, claiming that he was actuallyhelping Machado by bullying her because Miss Universe officials wanted to fire her for gaining weight. Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway continued to push that narrative on Thursday.
Machado has responded to the attacks on her person saying via Instagram.
[English Translation]
“The Republican candidate and his campaign team are again generating attacks, insults and trying to revive slanders and false accusations about my life. All this in order to intimidate, humiliate me and upset me again. The attacks that have emerged are slander and lies cheaply generated with bad intentions, which have no foundation that have been spread by sensationalist media. This, of course, is not the first time that I [have] faced such a situation. Through their hate campaign, the Republican candidate insists discredit and demoralize a woman, which is definitely one of the most terrifying features. with this, seeking to distract attention from their real problems and its inability to pretend to be the leader of this great country. When I was a young girl, the now candidate, humiliated me, insulted me, I was disrespected publicly, as he usually did privately in the cruelest way. As this happened to me, it is clear over the years that their actions and behavior have been repeated with other women for decades. Therefore, I will keep standing, sharing my story, my absolute support Mrs. Clinton on behalf of women, my sisters, aunts, grandmothers, cousins, friends and female community. My Latinas and [all] in general, I want to thank all for the support, love and respect, my career, my person as a human being and my family. I became a citizen of this great country because my daughter was born here and because I wanted to exercise my rights, including voting. I will continue standing firm in my lived experience as Miss Universe and you with me supporting me. I’ve been so pleased with many kind words, for so much love. I’m focusing on my busy career, in my work as mother and I will continue taking positive steps for the Latino community, I will continue [on] as an activist for women’s rights and respect we deserve. I appreciate all your love and all your support again, thanks. Thousands of blessings.”
Clinton has even weighed in on the attacks also via twitter say, “What kind of man stays up all night to smear a woman with lies and conspiracy theories?”
What kind of man stays up all night to smear a woman with lies and conspiracy theories?

As a candidate who is again, supposed to support “family values” and who claims to “respect women more than men,” it would seem like he has a tendency to leave the reservation on this issue. At a time when Trump may need every vote he can muster, it seems odd that he would risk women’s support with such a petty attack on someone who in all reality would have little direct impact on the election.
