3. Legal Challenges to Policy

Whatever policies make it into law by either a President Trump or a President Clinton, they are very likely to face a slew of legal challenges.

Donald Trump says he’s going to round up all of the “illegal aliens” and deport them, but how is he going to do that, exactly? What he has proposed, a special immigration police force, is a “what,” not a “how.” The actual procedures used and actions taken by any such force is the “how,” and any attempts to ferret out these people are likely to violate 4^th Amendment protections. It will take years just to get this through the courts.

Clinton’s policies are essentially a list of platitudes. Stand up for women and minorities, get America working again, ensure that every child has healthcare, etc., etc., etc. If she manages to actually get legislation together to address any of these, watch for the lawsuits. Almost all legislation creates victims who have grounds then to sue.
