Unbelievable! Naked Dude Evades Cops With Ninja Skills! (VIDEO)

A viral video from a French tourist is circulating that shows an unnamed assailant having his clothes ripped off by officers, being tased multiple times, punching one officer in the face, doing a backflip and spinning out of a tackle before he escapes in the night.

There wasn’t much information about this case, including where it occurred, but whoever this guy is must have been on some heavy drugs.
