SAO PAOLO, BRAZIL – An undercover police officer near Sao Paolo, Brazil stopped a thief cold in his tracks thanks to his incredible timing. The officer was thankfully right at the scene of the crime that occurred when two unidentified thieves pointed a gun at a bike rider and attempted to escape with his vehicle.

The thief made a potentially fatal mistake when he pulled his weapon on the officer, who dropped him with two shots. The video camera from the victim was rolling and caught the dramatic action on tape.

The driver of the motorcycle can be heard to say after the event, “Now you’re gonna rob in hell. You’re not gonna take away my bike. You’re not gonna take it, thank God.” The thief has been identified as Escarante Leonardo Santos.
