You want to know why Americans don’t trust anything coming out of Washington D.C.?

Check out Jonathan Gruber…

“The bill [Obamacare] was written in a torsioned way to assure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. If CBO scored the mandate as taxes the bill dies. Okay? So it’s written to do that. In terms of risk rated subsidies, if you had a law which said ‘healthy people are going to pay in, if it made explicit, the healthy will pay in and the sick people get money, it would not have passed. Okay?  The lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the ‘stupidity of the American voter,’ or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical to getting the thing to pass.”

“I wish we could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not.”

Jonathan Gruber, one of the co-architects behind the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), has openly admitted to duping the American people, because of what he calls their stupidity.

He has also admitted that the law was intended to be an “incremental” step toward a more radical single payer system.

And now, Gruber is trying to blame the failure of Obamacare, and the lack of insurers across the country which are necessary to sustain the health care law on President Donald Trump.

After being told that Iowa’s lone insurance company in 94 of its 99 counties is considering dropping out, the MIT economics professor said:

“Look, and whose fault is this?”

“Before President Trump was elected, there were no counties in America that did not have an insurer,” Gruber continued on “Fox News Sunday.” “Since President Trump has been elected … “

Host Chris Wallace then interrupted Gruber and said, “Wait, you’re going to blame the problems with Obamacare on President Trump?”
