On Monday, just after the first presidential debate, former Democratic Mayor of Cincinnati and current television host Jerry Springer tweeted about the contest saying:
Hillary Clinton belongs in the White House. Donald Trump belongs on my show.

What Springer missed in his review of the debate was the fact that both of the candidates belong on his show. After all, it was only days before the debate that both candidates were having a high school-esque “one-upping” contest by inviting celebrities and former mistresses to sit front and center at their performance.
During the entirety of both campaigns thus far, each side has also tried to step up their attacks on the Constitution and individual liberty, as well as explain why they are the best person to rebuild the economy by trying to out-borrow each other.
Going further, they have both set a bar for the most unlikable candidates to run, and for carrying in the largest amount of baggage with them into the general election.
Now that sounds like an episode of The Jerry Springer Show.
