Greenwald Claims Edward Snowden Protected Data from China & Russia

NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden took great care not to compromise national security by allowing Russian or Chinese authorities to access his information, says Glenn Greenwald. He appeared on CNN to explain how Snowden ensured that the data would not fall into the hands of Russian or Chinese agents.

Glenn also discusses his new media venture in this interview. He claims he wants to build something centered around real reporting. Greenwald claims he is tired of “journalists” who record what a politician says and then report it as news.
