President-elect Donald Trump, during a live press conference took aim at “fake news” after the fall out from a unverified dossier story that was published by Buzzfeed, and reported on by CNN.
Trump called Buzzfeed, “failing piece of garbage,” just prior to starting a shouting match with CNN‘s white house correspondent Jim Acosta.
At first Acosta was attempting to address Trump’s criticism saying, “Since you are attacking us, can you give us a question?” Not amused by the question or CNN in general Trump responded, ““Not you, your organization is terrible!”
The exchange turned into a screaming match with Trump ultimately telling Acosta, “I’m not going to give you a question. You are fake news!”
