*Video* City Employees Paint Handicapped sign under car then tow it

(Tel Aviv, Israel) A woman parked legally on the street in Tel Aviv was surprised to find her car was towed and she was assessed a $350 parking ticket. Determined to discover what had happened, the woman acquired CCTV footage of a city official painting a handicapped sign below her car before having the vehicle towed. The woman was accused of lying to officials about the reasons her car was towed, but the video revealed the truth. City officials have since apologized.
