There are good people in the police forces. That does not mean that they are all good. It is one thing to respect authority and another to kowtow. The police would have to be the second-best military in the world (second only to, of course, America’s actual military) to satisfy the conservatives. We’d have to be a total socialist society to satisfy the Progressive Left, as typified by Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.
