Remember When Obama Called Hillary ‘Bush-Cheney Lite’?

President Obama has endorsed the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton for president.

In the web video, he says, “I don’t think there’s ever been someone so qualified to hold this office.”

Of course, when running against Hillary in 2008, he sang a different tune.

Here is him at a campaign rally referring to Hillary as Bush-Cheney lite.

He has a point.

Hillary Clinton voted for the Iraq War, then saying she “cast her vote with conviction.” She backed Gen. Stanley McChrystal’s recommendation to send 40,000 more troops to Afghanistan. She favored arming Syria’s rebels, but was overruled by Obama at first. She backed leaving behind 10,000 to 20,000 U.S. troops in Iraq. She advocated for U.S. intervention in Libya and has expressed no regrets about how the situation was handled after Gaddafi’s overthrow. This is contrary to Obama who says that the worst mistake he has made in office is “not preparing for Libya after Moammar Gadhafi was removed.”

Oh, how times change.
