Things are becoming so nationally okay for diverse marijuana use that even West Virginia politicians are starting to warm up to it. In a recent report from the local Charleston Gazette, it was revealed that new delegate Bill Flanigan’s very first speech on the House of Delegates floor.
The Gazette reported that Flanigan had a history of various medical woes, including a cancer battle, in which medicinal use of marijuana benefited him greatly.
