Rachel Dolezal “Forced To Make Sex Tape” With Ex

Former Spokane NAACP Chapter President, Rachel Dolezal, claims she was ‘forced to make sex tape’ with ex, according to court papers

The Rachel Dolezal story keeps getting stranger, as newly discovered court documents reveal that Dolezal accused her ex Kevin Moore, of making her commit sexual acts on camera against her will.

The claims were a part of a series of damaging accusations against Moore in an attempt to deny him access to their son Franklin. Moore has denied these allegations.

According to The Daily Mail:

Race faker Rachel demanded a divorce, claiming in court documents seen by DailyMail.com that she suffered ‘years’ of ‘physical, emotional, sexual and verbal abuse’ at his hands. Moore has denied her claims.

Dolezal’s evidence referred to ‘video tape made at the request of the defendant which required the plaintiff to participate in sexual acts with the defendant on tape against the plaintiff’s desires’.

She also claimed to have suffered ‘pushing, hair pulling and forcible restraint’, according to the papers filed in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, where Moore still lives.

His former flame furthermore accused him of being a danger to their son Franklin. The papers reveal that when the boy came home for a visit to his father’s home in 2005 with a bruise on his face, Dolezal immediately reported Moore to the police.

Dolezal’s divorce was finalized in April 2005 with the court declaring that Moore was a responsible father who posed no threat to his son Franklin. Moore was awarded joint custody.

The only person backing Dolezal’s claims is her brother Joshua Dolezal, who described Moore as ‘abusive’ in his memoir.

Joshua claims that Rachel lived as a virtual prisoner who could only leave the house with Moore’s permission. There has been no comment from Moore regarding these allegations, but his friends described him as a committed Christian.

According to The Daily Mail:

In an emailed retort to his wife contained in the divorce paperwork, he tells her: ‘Rachel, you may not believe in God but that does not mean that He does not exist.

‘God has seen everything you have done and He continues to watch.’

Joshua Dolezal’s credibility is suspect however, he is facing several criminal charges related to sexually abusing another family member who was a minor at the time.

And like her brother, Dolezal’s credibility is nearly non-existent at this point as she’s now known as a serial litigator and pathological liar. She unsuccessfully sued Howard University claiming they discriminated against her because she was white.  She portrayed a black man as her father when he was not. She tried passing off her adopted black brother as her son. She lied about having being born in a teepee and having lived in South Africa.

Her most outrageous claims cast her as a victim of discrimination for being black.

According to Slate:

In an interview with the Easterner, she claimed that her parents had used a baboon whip, “similar to what was used as whips during slavery,” to “punish us by skin complexion.” (Her parents and her adopted black brother say this isn’t true.) In 2010, when HREI appointed a white man to be its executive director, Dolezal, who had wanted the job, told the press that she was resigning because she had been targeted for discrimination.

Dolezal reported that a swastika sticker had been left on the door to HREI (Human Rights Education Institute). The office’s cameras were coincidentally offline at the time Rachel said the incident took place.

Dolezal also reported finding a noose hanging from a carport behind her home, claimed she was sent hate mail (after investigating the police confirmed the letter had never gone through the mail system), claimed white supremacists threatened to kidnap her son which she reported to police (no police record exists that she reported that).

Kurt Neumaier, a former member of HREI’s oversight board and whose job it was to investigate human rights violations, concluded that every incident Dolezal alleged, “she was the sole witness to events that, when put under scrutiny, don’t hold up.”

This latest revelation about being forced to make a sex tape fits a pattern of behavior for Rachel Dolezal, one in which she will make any wild accusation in an attempt to engender sympathy.

Rachel has cast herself as a perpetual victim, a tactic she seems to have been practicing for much longer than she has been faking being black.
