Woman jailed for raping babies in daycare (VIDEO)

OHIO – Heather Koon was arrested and is facing two counts of rape after police were made aware of a video on her laptop of her “engaging in sexual conduct with an unknown infant.” The investigation also revealed a second victim.

Koon’s laptop was located at her apartment with her boyfriend James Osborne, who is a registered sex offender. Both were arrested within hours of each other and are being held at Lorain County Jail.

One mother whose 2-year-old son was being cared for by Koon complained that, “He doesn’t like his diaper being changed. He doesn’t like being touched… When I used to drop him off there he used to scream so bad that he would be like hyperventilating.”

The owner of the daycare issued a statement:

“The daycare is cooperating with the investigation and we’re compiling a list to determine which kids were present while she, Heather Koon, worked there. We do not think there are more victims, but out of the abundance of cautiousness we want to make sure that we are correct.”
