Watch This POS Cop Slam A Handcuffed Woman Into The Ground [VIDEO]

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A police officer in Colorado Springs is under fire after video emerged of him violently slamming a handcuffed woman into the ground. The video shows the officer pushing her hard down into the chair, whereupon the girl retaliates with a solid nutshot (that looked deserved). But Officer No So Friendly retaliated by grabbing her and slamming her into the ground.

The video was from 2013, but was only recently released as part of an excessive force lawsuit against the Colorado Springs Police Department. The officer is identified as Tyler Walker, and the woman is Alexis Acker.

One of two police reports obtained by The Independent says that Acker kicked Walker in the groin area and that in response, the officer “rolled her out of the chair to the floor.” The other report says Walker “escorted Ms. Acker to the floor.”

Acker’s civil attorney confirmed to KRDO NewsChannel 13 that in May, he filed a letter with the city indicating he is preparing a lawsuit. The Independent says Acker may seek as much as $500,000 in the suit. The letter reportedly says Acker suffered injuries to her face, head, teeth and Jaw that have had long term health consequences.

The Independent reports that since 2010, Colorado Springs has paid $412,500 to settle claims of excessive force.

Colorado Springs Police Department spokesperson Lt. Catherine Buckley issued a statement about the video involving Acker:

“The video is part of civil litigation and an internal investigation therefore I am unable to provide comment.,” said Buckley in the statement. “Officer Walker is employed with the Colorado Springs Police Department.”

All I can say after seeing this horrific act of violence is good luck to Ms Acker. Public servants should be held to a higher standard than civilians. No one likes a kick to the nuts, but this cop started the incident by slamming her down into the chair, then when he got what anyone would have gotten for his behavior, he overreacted, and committed a violent crime that he should be punished for, and Ms Acker should be compensated for.

Way to give cops a bad name, Walker. Colorado Springs Police should have fired this officer years ago. At least now that the video is out, we might have a chance to see justice being served.
