PORTLAND, OR – The owner of a food truck in Portland, Oregon kicked off his new business with a rather disturbing display. El Diablito’s grand opening featured the destruction of a piñata shaped to look like Donald Trump, and invited children to come take a turn beating the effigy on video.
While the camera’s were rolling, children could be heard screaming, “I want to kill him,” while destroying the candy-filled toy. The hispanic community has been enflamed by much of the hostile rhetoric turned towards them by Donald Trump, and this sort of scene shows what kind of hostile politics the Republican presidential frontrunner has stirred up among the American people.
The owner of the food truck insisted the act wasn’t political.
