NEW YORK, NY – Nicole Slama was awarded $3.5 million dollars from a lawsuit she filed against her former employer Gary Malhotra, who forcibly snorted cocaine off her neck. [contextly_sidebar id=”12347e9a72cbccc229929b181743b783″]

Malhotra, a partial owner of the club Quo where Slama worked, cornered Slama in a storeroom and demanded to do a line of cocaine off her rear end. She pushed him away but he grabbed her breast and said, “OK, off your (breast) then.” She pushed him away saying emphatically, “No!”

Slama said that the man then pinned her against the wall and did the line off her shoulder, finishing by licking her neck. He then said, “You have to let me, ’cause I’m your boss.”

The waitress called the police, who arrested him for forcible touching and sexual abuse. He was sentenced to five days’ community service but he didn’t get off so easily with the civil suit. Justice Cynthia Kern found him and his company in default.

Quo shuttered in 2011.
