Voyager 1 spacecraft has officially left the solar system! Now in interstellar space!

Human Civilization Now Projected Beyond the Heliosheath!

VoyagerThe Voyager 1 Spacecraft was launched on September 5, 1977 from Florida’s Cape Canaveral as part of a twin launch with Voyager 2, who left sixteen days before. Their journey has taken them on explorations of Saturn and Jupiter, then was extended to planets beyond. In recent years they have been providing us information about the “Heliosheath”, which is the outermost region of the solar system. In August, Voyager 1 officially passed beyond the limits of the sun’s power.

The Voyager 1 carries a disc with information, photographs and music from our world in case any extraterrestrial beings were to locate the probe. But scientists think the only “extraterrestrial” beings that will find Voyager will be humans themselves after they leave the planet and reach the stars.
