Suzanna Hupp, a former Texas legislator was present when her parents were brutally murdered at a Luby’s cafe in Texas in 1991. An armed gunman stormed into the cafe and murdered people execution style while Suzanna attempted to flee. As she was escaping she turned around just in time to watch her father and mother being brutally murdered. Hupp had a gun that day but she had left it outside in her car because there was a law against open carrying. She realized she made a poor decision in obeying a bad law and has been speaking out against gun control for years.
Hupp appeared on the Piers Morgan show last night to discuss the gun control issue with the British host who has taken up the anti-gun cause since the murders in Newtown, CT.
