Airlines have justly strict regulations when it comes to traveling with batteries and liquids and have specific guidelines to pack and travel with your vape gear. Follow these steps:

There is a risk of fire when lithium-ion batteries are transferred in the air. Make sure your device is turned off and pack loose batteries in protective carriers.
• Pack the e-liquid in a clear zip-top bag. Remember to also put your pre-filled pods or your tank with liquid, in a zip-top bag. You can pack accessories that are not batteries, devices, and liquids in your checked luggage. Remember to always empty your tank before you fly, because it always tends to leak.

Can you take vaping liquid on a plane?
You must follow security rules regarding liquids. You can bring the vaping liquid in your carry- on as long as it is 100 ml or smaller and can fit inside your quart clear zip-top liquid bag. Larger amounts than this must be packed in your checked luggage.
Extra tips for flying with a vape device
– If you decide to take extra batteries keep them in safe plastic battery cases to avoid accidents.
