Transgender “Waxtivist” Invites Children To Join Topless Pool Party

Transgender activist Jessica Yaniv made headlines for filing a Human Rights violation suit against a body waxing business for declining to wax her male genitalia.

The salon owner, Marcia Da Silva, told Canada’s The National Post that waxing male genitalia is a different procedure that she has no experience with (due to thinner skin). She also stated that Yaniv’s constant messaging made her feel uncomfortable.

Da Silva’s husband also did not want Yaniv to come to their home-based business following that behavior. In the midst of the Human Rights Tribunal, she has shuttered her home business.

According to the National Post article, Yaniv has filed more than a dozen Human Rights Complaints against people like Da Silva. Apparently forcing people to service your genitals is a human right. Who knew?

Conservative activist Kaitlin Bennett tweeted to her followers:

However, other disturbing behavior from Jessica Yaniv has been uncovered, regarding the sexualization of children and standing by the concept of pedophiles being included under the LGBTQ banner.

Yaniv complained on Twitter from the handle @TrustedNerd about a party being shut down due to threats from “Anti-LGBTQ people.”

The anger was in response to the party encouraging participants to go topless, with invites extending to children as young as 12 years old.

On July 6th, Twitter user and publicist Sharika Soal (@SharikaSoal84) warned people about the event that was originally scheduled for July 10th.

Yaniv then rescheduled the event for July 22nd.

The event fliers detailed that no parents were allowed to attend the private event. They also stated that only anything below the waist must be covered.

While the waist down coverage requirement may sound tongue-in-cheek, Yaniv’s application to Township Council was much more explicit.

In the application request, Yaniv writes:

“Permission for LGBTQ2S+ organizations to be allowed to host an ‘All-Bodies Swim’ at TOL civic pools (WG Rec, WG Blair Otter) for people aged 12+ where these events will be restricted to LGBTQ2S and individuals will be permitted to be topless (at their leisure) in compliance with the laws of Canada and where parents and caretakers will be prohibited from attending these events as it’s considered safe and inclusive.”

To state the obvious, shirtless males at a pool is implied and does not require permission, no matter the age. This was a request for topless females, as young as 12 years old, away from the safety of their parent or guardian.

Sharika Soal tweeted back to Yaniv that Pedophiles are not LGBTQ. Yaniv quoted Soal’s tweet stating that pedophiles are included.
