Top 20 Hottest Female Politicians in the World

1. Nikita Klæstrup

This Danish politician and member of the Conservative Party makes us all consider a move to the Nordic state of Denmark. She has only recently emerged on the political scene, leaving much to be answered as to her political philosophy. However, her input should certainly assist in arousing interest in the Conservative Party’s causes, particularly among young men.

2. Michele Bachmann

This former Minnesota Republican Congresswoman and Presidential Candidate has just recently entered back into private life. While it’s hard to tell what her next political move is, it is not difficult to see that she has helped to bring good looks back to the political sphere in Minnesota. While her home state may be the land of 10,000 lakes, we can only hope for a day when Minnesota is known for having just as many female politicians with the same attractiveness as Bachmann.

3. Cristina Fernández de Kirchner

The Argentinian Justicialist Party is an eclectic mix of politicians right, left and center, but the Party has produced none bigger than the sitting President. It appears that Kirchner does lean a bit authoritarian and is fairly corrupt, but that seems to be the norm in many South American governments. At the very least, the Argentinian citizenry gets a wonderful sight every time there is a presidential press conference.

4. Ayla Malik

Malik served in the National Assembly of Pakistan for 5 years as a member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party, which advocates for staunch social welfare policies. While her politics may be misguided, it’s safe to say that her occupation of the seat reserved for women on the Assembly probably did not receive many complaints from the male members.

5. Eva Kaili

Greece can use of all the help it can get these days, and if politicians are blonde bombshells, it is all the better. Kaili is a member of the Panhellenic Socialist Movement in her service to the European Parliament, so it is not likely that her leftist policy views are likely to help the economy. However, there is no doubt that this Greek Goddess will be able to stimulate discussion on the best way forward for Greece.

6. Alina Kabaeva

It’s good to be Vladimir Putin. It is rumored that Kabaeva has been romantically involved with the sitting President of Russia. Kabaeva was an Olympic gymnast for Russia and now serves as a member of the Public Chamber of Russia. She is a member of the United Russia Party, a very statist faction which pushes for more government involvement in everyday life. While that fact is saddening, we might be be able to negotiate on more state entanglements if it involves more of Kabaeva.

7. Anna-Maria Galojan

There are not many politicians who would be willing to pose for Playboy magazine, but Galojan did in 2009. This young Estonian politician ran for Parliament as a member of the Reform Party before (ironically) being convicted of embezzlement. While it appears that she may not be fit for office, we can all agree that she fits quite nicely in our daydreams.

8. Christa Mark Walder

This Swiss Politician is a member of the Free Democratic Party, and calls herself a “classical liberal.” She has served as a member of the Burgdorf City Council, a board member of FDP Switzerland and President of the New European Movement. While she currently is not in an elected position, one must think that with her vibrant blonde hair and blue eyes, it can’t be long until she wins her way back into the hearts of the Swiss.

9. Emma Kiernan

Kiernan is a member of the Fine Gael political party in Ireland, a center-right party. In 2009, while she was running for Newbridge Town Council, a controversial Facebook picture of Kiernan emerged, but as it turned out, the new-found intrigue helped lead her to victory. Having beautiful women like Kiernan in office help to ensure that Irish eyes are always smiling.

10. Elizabeth Halseth

Halseth was a Republican Nevada State Senator for two years, the youngest woman to ever be elected to the Nevada legislature. She is a staunch conservative, and following her departure from the Senate in February 2012, Halseth appeared in Maxim Magazine’s Hot 100 photo contest. Although she didn’t win the contest, her bikini shoot was so enticing that she was featured a second time in Maxim in October of that year.

11. Mara Carfagna

Carfagna is a member of the Forza Italia party, and she currently is a member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies. She previously served as the Italian Minister for Equal Opportunity under Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. She was named #1 on Maxim’s list of “World’s Hottest Politicians,” and was commonly referred to during her tenure as “the most beautiful minister in the world.” It’s hard to argue with either distinction.

12. Orly Levy

Libertarians may have varied views on Israel, but we can all unite in our approval of Levy, who serves on the Israeli legislature (Knesset) as a member of the Yisrael Beiteinu party. There are plenty of tensions in the Middle East, but we would like to think that if Israel sent Levy to the table, perhaps other nations would be inclined to become a little less hostile.

13. Luciana León

The daughter of a well-known Peruvian politician, León was born to be involved in politics. At the age of 14, she became General Secretary of the youth wing of her Aprista Party. In 2006, she was elected as a Congresswoman representing Lima and becoming the youngest representative in the 2006-2011 term. No matter what, there is nothing more attractive than a woman with drive and passion.

14. Eunice Olsen

Olsen was the winner of the Miss Singapore Universe pageant in 2000 and in 2004 was appointed as a Nominated Member of Parliament, making her the youngest ever at 27. In addition to her work in politics and entertainment, she is well-known for her work on charity causes, including those involving cervical cancer and AIDS. Such a kind-hearted and beautiful woman is hard to come by, and makes us want to get on the first flight to Singapore.

15. Julia Bonk

This gorgeous German’s flowing red hair is fitting, as she is a Socialist. Nonetheless, it is easy to look past that, as she was the youngest member of a Parliament in Germany when she was elected at 18 years old. She currently serves on the committee on Legal Affairs, the Constitution, and Europe. While there may be many political disagreements to be had with Bonk, there is no doubt that she is an absolute knockout.

16. Angela Gerekou

The second Greek on our List, Gerekou serves as Deputy Minister of Culture and Sport. She has been a member of the Greek Parliament since 2007, representing the Panhellenic Socialist Movement (like Eva Kaili), up until very recently, when she accepted an invitation to join the New Republic party. We can’t blame the New Republicans at all; we’d want her in our party as well.

17. Joanna Mucha

This Polish member of the Civic Platform party has become very accomplished, serving as a member of the Polish legislature (Sejm), as well as serving for one year as Minister of Sport and Tourism. It will be interesting to see what lays ahead for this very pretty Pole, but there is no doubt that she has the initiative and desire to do great things for her home country.

18. Ruby Dhalla

Dhalla served in the Canadian House of Commons from 2004 to 2011 as a member of the Liberal Party. She became the first of two Sikh women to serve in the House. Such courage and willingness to take ground-breaking steps are just what so many of us wish for in a female. Furthermoe, with each US election, it is almost always threatened that supporters on the losing side will move to Canada. Dhallas makes that option all the more enticing.

19. Yulia Tymoshenko

There’s nothing more attractive than a woman in power. Tymoshenko became the leader of the “Orange Revolution” in protest of the 2004 Ukrainian Election, which eventually led to her becoming the first female to be appointed to be Prime Minister of Ukraine in 2005. She has belonged to the Dictatorship Resistance Committee as well as a political bloc named after her. It is yet to be seen if she will again become Prime Minister, but if she does, she is guaranteed to look good doing it.

20. Sarah Palin

Would any list be complete without the inclusion of this “mama grizzly?” This Alaska Republican worked her way up the political ladder in her home state, serving on the Wasilla City Council for 4 years before becoming Mayor of the town for 6 years. She was elected the first female Governor of Alaska in 2006 and was most notably selected as John McCain‘s Vice Presidential nominee in 2008. While her political career is most likely over, we will always have a place in our hearts for Sarah Palin.
