Three Men Jumped Off The Top Of The World Trade Center And Recorded It (VIDEO)

So Much Freedom In One Video

Three men who base jumped off the World Trade Center last fall have released their videotape, the New York Post reports.

The 1,776-foot-tall building can be seen from the helmet cam’s of the men who fell safely to earth after their stunt. But they weren’t going to escape some form of punishment from the government, which has set to arraign them for the stunt very soon. James Brady, Andrew Rossig and Marko Markovich turned themselves in after their video went viral, knowing they would be prosecuted.

According to a statement issued by NYPD Commissioner William Bratton, “These men violated the law and placed themselves, as well as others, in danger,” Bratton said. “These arrests should send a message to anyone thinking about misusing a landmark this way.”

The attorney for the men stated “One of the first things my client said to me was that how surprised he was at how there was no security whatsoever — how easy it was to just walk right up there in something that the mayor has just recently described as the No. 1 terrorist target in the world,” he said.

The men are claiming that they will use the proceeds from the video to give to charity.
