Mark Dice is at it again. It’s hard not to love this guy, despite his kooky conspiracy theory stuff. Dice asked people if they wanted to have a bar of silver bullion (worth $150) or a bar of chocolate. Guess which one they preferred? This is how bad our monetary education is in the United States.
