Tech Investors Merging Companies for Full-Circle Tech Security

Sirin Labs startup tech company is one of the few in their niche who survived the 2018 fallout. Their Finney luxury phone was not exactly a success, first of all because it is special product tailored for special customers. It is too expensive to be popular even among the rich. However it is evolving as well as Sirin Labs is seeking for broader brand presence. Kenges Rakishev and Moshe Hogeg, the owners of Sirin Labs already made a brand which is recognizable far beyond their target audience. Kenges Rakishev invested in London, Singapore and Tokyo retail shops. So Sirin Labs decided to look for some other products and choose an Israeli security startup to promote its sales under their own brand.

Kenges Rakishev, the Forbes-listed businessman and venture capitalist went to Jerusalem to personally approve the deal to merge Sirin Labs with yet unnamed Israeli security company. The company is known for providing easy to setup solutions for full-circle tech security.

Kenges Rakishev and Moshe Hogeg are extending the Finney’s horizons

It integrates CCTVs, different sorts of alarms and sensors in one compact and manageable system which can be controlled through a phone application. Just what the Sirin needs to promote it as an option for the Finney phone or as a standalone solution. Kenges Rakishev Finney retail network, international acknowledgment and expertise may lead Sirin Labs to another markets while the brand itself will only improve while being associated with high security, both in communication and smart home solutions.

Kenges Rakishev invests in Effective Space

Effective Space is developing a small spacecraft they call the Space Drone. It has a non-intrusive docking system that also provides maintenance and monitoring of the drone by performing attitude control, orbit correction, orbital station keeping and more. The company’s first goal is to offer services that can extend the effective lifespan of satellites already in orbit. In January 2018 Effective Space secured its first long-term contract with a leading global satellite operator and International Launch Services (ILS). Under this contract it will launch two Space Drones in 2020, which will service two regional communications satellites. Kenges (Kenes) Rakishev invested in Effective Space during the early stages of its development.

Identifying the great potential of this start-up and its mission, Kenges Rakishev led Singulariteam to participate in Infinity AR’s first funding round. Infinity AR has since successfully closed its third funding round which included a notable investment by the Chinese tech giant Alibaba.
