‘Tase His A** Right Now’: Furious Judge Throws Off Robe, Helps Detain Unruly Stalker

Judge

A judge in Michigan grew so irate from an unruly defendant’s disrespectful attitude that he came down from the bench to help arrest the struggling criminal.

“Tase his ass right now,” demanded Jackson County Circuit Judge John McBain, according to the video obtained by MLive.

The scuffle occurred during a December hearing pertaining to a personal protection order (PPO) violation. The defendant, Jacob Larson, was originally charged with stalking a high school classmate.

“He’s not leaving me alone,” the now 22-year-old woman told the judge.

After McBain signed a restraining order against Larson in August of 2015, the “obsessed” stalker reportedly sent the distressed woman more than twenty Facebook messages.

“She’s instigating it,” Larson told McBain, citing pictures she posted to social media showing her wearing makeup with her “hair done and all that stuff, the full nine.”

Throughout much of the process, Larson can be seen leisurely oscillating in his chair with a reclined posture.

“I want her to tell me to leave her alone,” Larson explained, claiming that the classmate hasn’t explicitly told him to stop.

“You know what? I told you to leave her alone and apparently that didn’t come through loud and clear,” the judge stressed, subsequently sentencing Larson to three days in prison.

“You’ve got a bad attitude … you even referenced discussions about my own daughter,” McBain yelled, clearly incensed.

The judge’s daughter allegedly has shared history with the 22-year-old plaintiff, according to MLive.

Larson then asserts that McBain and the victim are “all buddy, buddy.”

McBain ups the sentence to 45 days to county jail, in which Larson appears to mutter “holy sh*t.”

As expected, McBain increased the sentence to 93 days and threatened to make it a whole year if he talked any further.

“Over Facebook?” Larson seemingly asks.

“Over violations of my PPO and your conduct in the courtroom,” McBain counters.

“Cuff him,” McBain advises the court officer who is standing over Larson.

After being ordered to stand up for official arrest, Larson continues to curse. McBain changes the sentence, once again, to 365 days while exiting the bench and approaching Larson.

McBain suggests that he appeal the sentence if he think it’s unfair.

The court officer then demands that Larson put his hands behind his back, but Larson starts to struggle and refuse arrest.

McBain is then seen disrobing and demanding that the lone officer in the courtroom use his taser. As Larson and the officer wrestle to the floor, McBain takes the law into his own hands and joins in to complete the apprehension.

After the dust somewhat settles, McBain reverts the sentence back to 93 days. Both Larson and the judge continue to argue until the criminal is forcefully escorted out of the courtroom.
