According to reports from last night, a gunman was on the loose on the University of West Florida campus, but has since fled after firing off initial shots that fortunately hit no one:
The University of West Florida is reporting that gunshots were fired on campus.
The university says that three shots were fired and no one was injured from the incident. They add that the suspect allegedly left the campus.
The UWF Police Chief says there was an argument that led to the shots being fired.
The email adds that police are currently on scene and actively investigating.
