Seinfeld Says He Won’t Perform At Colleges Because Kids Are Too PC

In an interview with ESPN’s Colin Cowherd last week, comedian Jerry Seinfeld said he doesn’t perform at colleges any more because students are too politically correct.

As an example, he told how his wife told their daughter, “In the next couple of years, I think maybe you’re going to want to hang around the city more on the weekends so you can see boys,” and their daughter responded by saying that’s “sexist.”

Seinfeld said, “They just want to use these words. ‘That’s racist, that’s sexist, that’s prejudice.’ They don’t even know what they’re talking about.”

During the interview, Seinfeld said that the political correctness epidemic hurts comedy altogether. He’s asked about recent criticism of comedian Louis C.K.’s “controversial” monologue about “mild racism” on Saturday Night Live’s season finale.
