LISTEN TO TLR’S LATEST PODCAST:

Comedian Samantha Bee said Wednesday that President Donald Trump’s infamous tweet that included new word “covfefe” was most likely caused by his over-excitement of using social media.
“This is what happens when you’ve abstained from your phone for nine days, you ejaculate just like that,” the TV show host said on-air, referring to Trump’s return from his trip abroad. Immediately after, Bee does her best impression of an orgasm — snorting, exclaiming incoherently as her eyes roll back, and then falling asleep, in that order.
After Trump’s apparent gaffe, the Twitterverse erupted with comments ranging from witty or playful remarks to blunt criticism.

Trump is reportedly considering hiring a team of lawyers to monitor his Twitter presence, according to the Wall Street Journal. (RELATED: Twitter Doesn’t Rule Out Banning Trump If He Gets Too Unruly)
While Bee’s theory probably won’t hold up, her conjecture and the rest of the world’s reaction shows that almost anything Trump says or tweets will be subjected to either intense scrutiny or mockery.
