Internet pranksters have made a hilarious mashup of the embattled Toronto Mayor Rob Ford alongside some of Chris Farley’s greatest hits. The crack smoking mayor bears a striking resemblance to the now deceased comedian Farley whose bumbling antics are eerily similar to the man currently in charge of the fourth largest city in North America.
