Rally speaker tells Obama to ‘put the Quran down’ (VIDEO)

Larry Klayman told President Barack Obama to ‘put the Quran down’ in a speech at a rally to protest the government closure of national parks and memorials. Klayman advocated for peaceful revolution in the style of Mahatma Gandhi and called for civil disobedience to drive Obama out of town.

Klayman is an attorney and activist who founded Judicial Watch, a public interest law firm. He served as a prosecutor in the Reagan administration and was on the trial team that broke up the AT&T monopoly.

President Obama has been clear about his religious beliefs as a Christian. “I am a Christian, and I am a devout Christian. I believe in the redemptive death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. I believe that that faith gives me a path to be cleansed of sin and have eternal life,” he said.
