Police are still searching for suspects involved in a shooting that killed one man and wounded two others in Midtown Manhattan Monday morning.

The shooting happened just before rush hour at around 6:15 a.m., near the northeast entrance of the 35th Street and Eighth Avenue subway station, the New York Post reports.

A 43-year-old man identified as Angel Quinones was pronounced dead at the scene after being shot in the head, while two other victims were rushed to Bellevue Hospital in serious condition.

Police reviewing the surveillance footage at the McDonald’s where the victims were prior to the shooting, said that the tapes showed the men being approached by a heavyset man in a black hooded sweatshirt.

The man then followed them into the subway station, where he shot them from behind, according to NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce.

William Lamboy, 43, was shot in the neck and abdomen, while Eddie Torres, 45, was hit in the leg, law enforcement sources said.

Police are looking for a silver vehicle in connection with the shooting that fled north on Eighth Avenue with up to three suspects inside.
