Police Shut Down Little Girls’ Lemonade Stand. Guess Why? [VIDEO]

Thank goodness for federal regulations and determined police officers. Without them, we’d be forced to blindly wander the streets, harassed by tyrannical little girls trying to poison us with their ice-cold cyanide laced Country Time lemonade sold from a permit-less card table.

A video was released showing Texas police officers telling two girls and their mother to shut down their street-side lemonade stand after they unknowingly neglected to obtain a permit from the city.

The girls were selling lemonade and popcorn in an effort to raise money for a Father’s Day present.

Agitators.

The federal regulation states that any vendor selling food or drink that requires temperature control so not to spoil must first obtain a permit from city officials. And since lemonade can grow bacteria, all lemonade stands qualify as such a vendor.
