Naked Man High On Embalming Fluid Twerks In Public Street (VIDEO)

HOUSTON, TX – A dancing naked man twerked and shouted “surfboard” in full public view on a busy street in Houston, Texas. The man danced using Miley Cyrus’s signature move after having ingested embalming fluid used to preserve corpses in order to get high.

One bystander reported that  “He was doing the Beyonce, the surf board, twerking, the Nae Nae. Every dance that’s out there right now, he was doing.”

Many libertarians claim that victimless crimes such as public nudity aren’t really crimes at all, but the sight of this man on the street undoubtedly must have done some damage to people’s eyes in the vicinity. But should public nudity be a crime? If so, who is the victim?
