A Minnesota teacher resigned after posting a tweet on Saturday asking who would “take one for the team” and kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Pictures of the tweet coming from the name @lookitsSammm are circulating across social media.

The unnamed teacher resigned voluntarily from Intermediate School District 917 in Rosemount, Minnesota, according to a press statement from Superintendent Mark Zuzek on Tuesday.

“The actions of the employee did not occur at school, and there were no school devices, equipment, or other school staff involved in the actions,” Zuzek wrote. “At no time were students or staff in danger.”

The school conducted an investigation after receiving complaints about an employee on Sunday, according to the press statement.

The teacher has not been charged with a crime, according to the Star Tribune.

The teacher worked with the Alliance Education Center, a school that serves students between 5 and 21 years old with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, behavioral disorders and other disabilities, according to the school district’s website. Alliance Education Center is part of the district’s Students with Unique Needs (SUN) program, which has small classes that provide services to students with special learning requirements.

Kavanaugh was confirmed to the Supreme Court with a 50-48 vote in the Senate on Saturday.
