Man smashes window. Tenant tosses out his pit bull. This ends poorly for the man.

Drugs are bad. Mmkay?

Rotorua, NZ – A man who was smashing windows with a crow bar got his comeuppance when one angry occupant tossed his pit bull terrier out the window at him.

Kruse Daniel Lindsay was brutally mauled, but survived the attack. He’ll serve 9 months of home detention, but he won’t remember why. His injuries included a fractured skull and he can’t recall the incident even occurring. Lindsay is reportedly addicted to methamphetamines. Reports claimed that Lindsay was looking to start a fight with the occupant of the house he smashed, yelling at him to come out and face him.

“His response was an unusual one … he [the occupant] threw his pit bull out the window, the first time I’ve heard of a pit bull being used as a weapon. You were bitten on the right elbow and hip. It’s clear you got an absolute mauling.” the Judge presiding over the case said.
