Man Shot & Killed After Breaking Into Home Ranting About Zombies (VIDEO)

YORBA LINDA, CA – Paul Bracamontes is dead from a gunshot wound after he broke into a home ranting about zombies and was shot by the homeowner. The man smashed through a glass window and entered the home, screaming at the homeowners and threatening to do them harm. The owner shot him dead on the spot.

Relatives told investigators that Bracamontes was at a party when he suddenly started ranting about zombies. “At some point during conversations at that party they say he began hallucinating… and that he needed to get a gun,” said Lt. Jeff Hallock.

Toxicology tests are currently being performed to determine whether the man was on drugs or alcohol. Earlier in the day he had been volunteering at a charity that assists foster kids. No one reported any unusual behavior at the time.
