OckTV, a group that produces videos of social experiments and pranks, recently released a video that tests strangers’ reactions to child abuse in public between different races.

What’s interesting, though, is that in almost every single scenario with the white couple, a black person intervenes. Then none are seen preventing the abuse when the parents are black. But why?
