Judge Napolitano to Juan Williams: Abolish Obamacare and the Welfare State! (VIDEO)

NEW YORK, NY – Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst and Champion of the Constitution Judge Andrew Napolitano took the verbal cane to colleague Juan Williams over Obamacare and the Welfare State. Napolitano slammed Williams, arguing “You’ve abandoned the notion that the constitution means what it says!”

Napolitano listed his prescription for America to cure our economic woes.

  • End Obamacare, Social Security Medicare and Medicaid
  • No federal regulation of healthcare
  • Allow the states to regulate healthcare
  • Repeal the 16th and 17th amendents
  • Institute federal term limits

The Judge’s cure might sound like bitter medicine to some people, but Napolitano believes those that have already paid into the system should be grandfathered in. After that however, it’s time to turn back the clock on progressive era and reinstitute classical liberalism, the true laissez-faire.
