Cheating death… twice!
WOODS CROSS, UT – Think it’s possible to survive a train slamming into your car? How about two trains that crash into your car in less than a minute?
One woman survived getting hit by a train in her car, slamming it onto the opposite tracks which soon provided her with another opportunity to cheat death when a second train careened into her car. Dramatic dashcam video from the police car chase showed the entire event.
“She just hit the train”, the officer shouted as he hurried to rescue her from the vehicle. But as you can see from the video, a second train horn begins blowing and the cop has to run in order to not get smashed by the second oncoming locomotive.
The driver was fleeing pursuit after authorities were dispatched to deal with a woman who was reportedly an “unwelcome guest” at a local residence. She fled when approached by police, leading to a brief pursuit that ended with her driving her car into an oncoming train. Then as the tape shows, the second train appeared to destroy her vehicle with the officer escaping just in time.
Amazingly, she survived with only minor injuries including a broken arm.
