A massive earthquake in Pakistan killed 327 people and created a new island on Wednesday. The 7.7 magnitude quake hit the Awaran district of Baluchistan, destroying homes and causing a new island to rise from the ocean off the coast. The island is reportedly 100 feet high and 200 feet wide. Most houses in the community are mud-built and collapsed during the event.
