A post on Facebook has started to go viral from Randall Thom, a husky breeder whose husky Named Donald J Trump was shot to death by a neighbor.
Thom is a husky breeder from Minnesota, who previously had donated a husky to serve as a service animal, along with a $500 PetSmart gift card to a Gold Star military family.
NBC Affiliate KARE 11 reported;
“The family’s struggles were eased with a knock on their door Monday, when Randal Thom, an Alaskan Malamute breeder from Lakefield, Minnesota made a surprise visit with an eight week old puppy, Max, wrapped in an American flag.
‘Oh my gosh, thank you,’ said Shelby Moore, stunned, wiping away tears.
Moore smiled as Max settled into her arms and fell asleep.
The prescription of unconditional love came when Shelby’s mom, Debbie Moore, connected with Thom on Facebook. She wrote a letter to him explaining the difficult road for the entire family since her son was killed, especially for her daughter.”
The article also notes that Randall Thom donates 2 huskies to veterans with PTSD each year.
He has also donated a service husky to the Eagles Healing Nest, a shelter and housing service for war veterans.
The Facebook post about the loss of his husky, Donald Trump, is filled with comments expressing sadness and anger over a photo that shows Thom leaning over Donald who is laying lifeless with gunshot wounds.

Randall Thom spoke with The Libertarian Republic regarding the conflict with his neighbor. Thom states that 2 years ago, an incident occurred where one of his dogs had gotten into the neighbor’s goat pen.
Thom had reimbursed his neighbor for the lost goats, and upgraded all of his fencing. However, a blizzard caused some of the new fencing to collapse, and the neighbor shot Donald on site while Thom was away from home.
Thom also states the neighbor did not notify him, but rather waited for him to call and said “Yes, I shot your damn dog” and revealed the location of Donald’s body. When Thom found the dog in a field north of his home, the dog’s body was still warm, indicating that the dog had been alive and suffered for a period of about 12 hours.
According to Thom, this neighbor is also resentful of his support for President Trump. Thom also states that Donald was a candidate for the White House pet, but after President Trump opted not to have a pet, the White House returned the candidate photo to him with Donald Trump’s and Mike Pence’s signatures.
