‘Humor’ Is A Job Requirement To Be A Clinician At Planned Parenthood

The Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas is looking for a clinician that has a “sense of humor” while performing day to day operations, according to numerous job postings on its website.

One job requirement for clinicians in various Texas Planned Parenthood abortion clinics is the ability to keep a sense of humor while performing the day to day operations, a jobs posting on the Planned Parenthood website reveal. At least four cities — Paris, Tyler, Dallas and Plano — want a clinician who can keep a smile as they participate in providing abortion services.

“Ability to find humor in day-to-day challenges while being focused on solutions,” the job description reads.

The clinician works on the medical team with doctors and nurses to offer clients “comprehensive reproductive healthcare including family planning and/or abortion services” as designated by the affiliate’s guidelines. Planned Parenthood clinicians also helps the attending physician while he or she performs the abortion, as well as administering any necessary medication and answering any questions women might have about abortions.

One technician who used to procure fetal tissue for StemExpress said she would leave work traumatized, noting that she fainted on her first day at work after seeing an aborted baby.

Planned Parenthood did not return The Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment in time for publication.
